ERIC M. STAGGS

Eric M. Staggs joined the firm in February of 2019. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013.

Spaulding University (B.S. 2008) and University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 2012)

Practice Areas:
Eric Staggs was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013 and admitted to practice in all state and federal courts. He is death penalty certified. His areas of practice include criminal defense, personal injury and other civil litigation. Mr. Staggs served as a public defender in both Richland and Beaufort Counties before joining the Firm. As an assistant public defender he represented clients in both Magistrate and General Sessions Court including those charged with felonies.

Eric is married to Leigh (Bilodeau) Staggs, and they have one daughter.
